Who is Mentoring for?
Our 6 – 12 months 1:1 mentoring program connects you with professionals from all backgrounds, in technical and non-technical roles. By being matched with a mentor, you will gain a positive experience with a role model; guiding you with your career goals.
What does a mentoring relationship look like?
Mentees set the agenda for each month in terms of their career and education plans with the mentor supporting and guiding them with their goals. Mentors share their career and workplace knowledge and tips and skills for success in the working world. Some mentors may be able to offer work experience opportunities.
What are the Commitments we expect from Mentees & Mentors?
This programme will last for 6 – 12 months. We expect mentees to be willing to learn and to listen and take on board advice given to them by their mentor. We expect mentors and mentees to respond to messages to one another via our exchange platform within 48 hours.
Who will be mentoring me?
Mentors are professionals from all backgrounds including Science, Technology, Engineering, Medicine and Business who are passionate about supporting people at the early stages of their career, with job seeking or entering into Further Education or self-employment. We will match you with a mentor based on individual motivation, goals and experience.

What’s The Next Step?
After registration, applications will be screened, potential mentees get matched with a mentor. We will match the mentee with a mentor based on individual motivation, goals and experience. You will be informed once we have a suitable match, after this, your first meeting will be arranged (virtually). Our planned start date for the mentoring programme is on mid – August 2021, register to be considered.
